SAP MDG-S replicate suppliers conditionally

Hi Experts,

we haev SAP MDG-S system where we re creating supplier using change request process. After CR is approved successfully BP gets created in MDG and data it replicated to connected system automatically. This is working fine. Now we have a new custom field in BP and we fill this field from an external system. we would like to trigger the replication only when this field has a specific value. How do we achieve this?

Hello Bhatta,

For data replication, we always use DRFF filter to filter the objects to be replicated.

And the available filter criteria is defined based on the filter objects assigned.

As long as you’re replicating the Business partner, the corresponding filter used for webservice is MDG_BP_SFT.

You can check the filter object in DRFIMG-> Enhance Default Settings for Outbound Implementations-> Define Filter Objects.

You may check the standard filters assigned and the relevant filter parameter.

You should consider to create a custom filter with the custom filter parameter for your custom field and assign it to this filter object.
