SBOP DESIGN STUDIO 1.5 doesn't showing up in central application management option

Dear Experts,

We having SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 4 Patch 3 Version: 14.1.4.1448 intalled on server windows server 2008 R2 64bit, last week we performed full installed SBOP DESIGN STUDIO  1.5 DSBIP ADD ON 15 WINDOWS X64. but it is not showing up in central application management option,  Any suggestions for how to do this include DS 1.5 within the CMC OPTION APPLICATION?
