Sections missing in Page Editor

Sections with type: #PRESENTATIONVARIANT_REFERENCE, is not visible in FIORI TOOLS - Page Editors.

As clarified with Sumesh, this is really a bug on our side: in some cases the resolution of sections defined by PresentationVariants does not work, thus such section may not be visible in the Page Editor.
A correction will be provided with specification versions 1.102.5, 1.96.20, 1.84.46, 1.71.66

Which version of "sap/ux-specification" is loaded in you app?
With the latest specification versions PresentationVariants and SelectionPresentationVariants are supported for Object Page sections of Fiori Elements.
You can try with the fitting version for your UI5 version from https://www.npmjs.com/package/@sap/ux-specification (check the dist tags over there).
