I am a newbie when it comes to salesforce integration with slack, need some insights like how to start the integrations, I had a conversation with the slack team but it dint help me though, could someone answer these question which is related to slack to salesforce integration

1)How to set up an outgoing email notification to the end-user, when user '@' mentions, automatically the email should go to that mentioned user,

2)when the mentioned user replies back to the original message in the Slack channel, will another record gets created for the same channel, As per our requirement we don't want to create the case twice for the same channel

3)Can we have the option where if the user enters any message in the slack channel, the same message has to be updated in the salesforce case record which was earlier created, But it should not create another case

4)If the user in the salesforce updates the case as closed, a message needs to update in the same thread where the case was created from the slack channel as "This Thread is closed", how to achieve this

5)With respect to "@Createcase" mentions from the slack app, Does slack needs to consume salesforce API to send the message and user details to salesforce(Salesforce will provide the API)

6)Record creation should happen in the salesforce once the user "@Createcase" mentions from the slack app

7) Can Salesforce Vlocity Training is useful for such queries?
