Solution Manager 7.2 with Firefox/Edge

Hello,

Is it now possible in Solution Manager 7.2 to use web applications such as Workcenter, ChArm, LMDB ... with Firefox or Edge with SSO ?

This two year old note says it is not possible, but maybe something has changed in the meantime ?

Hi Lukas - I just tried it with MS Edge and it didn't work for me. We use SM_CRM to launch.

The best place to check for supported Web browser is the SAP Product Availability Matrix area, also known as 'PAM'.

Navigate to support.sap.com/PAM - Access the Product Availability Matrix - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 - Technical Release Information - Web Browser Platforms.

If the browser and version is shown as supported and you are having issues, then I would suggest you contact SAP Support via Chat or create an incident.

Unfortunately, no - same story with Chrome. Nothing has changed.
