The SAP backbone after the end of solman

Hello everyone.

The solman will be discontinued in a few years. Is there any information on how the whole thing will continue with the SAP-backbone? Do you run the backbone on a normal sap system or what is the strategy?

If I understand correctly, do I have to connect all SAP systems directly to the backbone to download Snotes once the soman is gone?

Hi Dennis

To my understanding, for all the development systems only to download the SAP notes, further in the landscape it will be in the change request to import the TR but you can configure the SAP backbone connection in all the systems.
