Time recording reporting

Hello everyone,

I need a report in Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 (ITSM) on time recording functionality which includes detailed information about processors, activities the processors have done and time the processors spent on these activities. The report AI_SDK_REPORT_EFFORT gives overall information on time spent per service message without processors/activities details.

I have seen this document.

Seems there is no such standard report.

Existing standard reports do not provide required detailed information.

Need to do custom development for this.
