Unable to complete build no matter what I try

I've tried everything but my iOS builds have been unable to complete across all my apps on the new SAP Build Apps community platform over the past 4 days whereas in the past there have been no issues. The build gets queued for about 3 hours until I get the following error message

so far I've tried the following without any luck:

- re-uploading Distribution and provisioning certificates

-Copying and uploading the app as a new project

-Exporting and migrating to the old Appgyver platform ("unknown source" error message comes up however old builds on the previous platform are completing without a problem)

-Clearing browser cookies, cache and disabling ad blockers

Haven't experienced anything like this before and I'm unable to release updates and bug fixes to my iOS apps atm
