Hi,
In the explanation to the step event creator it is mentioned: "You should not use this step type in a fork to wait for the event in a different branch of the same fork."
My scenario is as follows: there is one main workflow, from this several sub-workflows are started in parallel. Each sub-workflow should produce a positive result (approve) before the main workflow can go on.
But if one of the sub-workflows produces a negative result (reject) i want the main workflow to know and it should be terminated immediately.
Can i use the event creator in the subworkflow to produce an event that terminates the main workflow?
Or is that a violation of the explanation that SAP gives?
What alternatives are there to realize my scenario?
Regards
Robert
