webi client Load Driver Call: Initialize (WIS 00000)

Hi,

While importing locally saved .unx file in my Sap Webi Client 4.1 i do get Load Driver Call: Initialize (WIS 00000) error.  I have searched the forum an the only solution was to copy the file into: C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Application Data\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Universes repository,  which did not solve my problem.  I am able to import .xlsx file into Webi, why Universe file does not get imported?
