I have LMS sys-admins who had set their PINs on initial log-in, long ago, but now don't remember them. Neither they nor I can reset their PINs, because that requires knowing the old PIN. How do I fix this? Betsy Ford SCEIS system administrator

An Admin doesn't know their PIN. It was created when they first signed in, they didn't record it and don't remember it. Resetting the PIN requires entering the old PIN -- the one they don't know. Solution? Thanks! Betsy Ford
