You can check if the paths work standalone w/o OADP. To make them work with OADP might be tricky.Team View uses Function module in the one OADP configurations, instead of evaluation path. Maybe you can try coding a function module..

I think you should go with HCM_MSS_WDA_2 as the same functionality is neatly available in WD application HRMSS_ACTIVE_SUBSTITUTIONS.You could try custom application by including team view component and by lauching in context of substituting user but...

Task Classes can be used to classify applications/workflow tasks(you could create Travel, Time etc). Assign them to separate profiles which would be avaialable to manager to substitute what he wants. Hope that helps.
