We have 10 types of Employee subgroups with 10 payroll areas, One type of allowance (WT-Food allowance (FA) – configuring as part of IT0008) having different conditions:-

All 9 types of Employee subgroups = FA / Month ...
We have existing implemented solutions ( HR, FI, C4C) with Country Grouping 99. However, Company is planning to Move HR to Saudi Localization i.e., Country Group 24.
