See example on the images below. Image 1 shows actual date value while image 2 shows how it is displayed in Crystal Reports.  How do I fix this?

We have 3 Visual Studio 2022 (VB.net) projects that use CR 13_0_32 with .NET 4.7.2. If these projects are migrated to .NET 6.0 or 7.0, then do I need to upgrade CR?
