How do you completely enable all the features of the Data Mode channel for the users. The users can see it make data changes but cannot combine data when there are no fields that match. When the click the Add Keys + button nothing happens.
When a user opens a connection and runs a test they are getting CS: Bad Connect String Format : DATASOURCE errors in Universe Designer.

When I check the database via TOAD the characters are there, but when I display them in IDT/UDT, and Webi they are not.

Hi MattI have gone through all the optimize steps in the powerpoint but the report still don't refresh, or I have to schedule them to get the data back as a webi report.For my Audit DB I am using Oracle 19c.Any suggestions I might have missed?
