I am looking for a sales report based on any item number that is serialized that was invoiced. It appears that we are missing quite a few when the delivery is skipped and sales goes directly to invoice. Any ideas ? Thx

I can manually update item by item on various price lists on non-inventory items, but I am unable to import using Data Import/Export. Any suggestions as to a workaround as I would like to avoid manual entry whenever possible. Thx
