mahesh_hrpath Thanks for the answer, however I tried this. The only thing that has worked is to ask SAP to upload the image to the SF SFTP for the environment. KBA 2423967 advises of this for the image to be produced in word.Thanks

guidoklinger You are right, but we have 20000+ users so we will be disabling the whole thing as it's not ready for use and it really isn't helpful or a good change.
