Hi Dylan, To resolve your issue, please make changes to the saved document on the PC by removing the characters e.g. [ ] & @ etc. they cause the system to not read the pdf. or docx. document you are trying to upload. RegardsGugu M.

Thank you for responding, I made the amendment on the color code still no change.
I will raise a ticket and see how we are able to resolve it on SAP Support.
At least I know I was not asking a pointless question.
