Thanks for taking the time to find out about our new groups. Groups are an integral part of SAP Community and help to foster connections, networking, sharing and collaboration. These are spaces where community members can discuss and connect around their location, interest areas and activities. Open/public groups are open for anyone to join - whereas closed/private groups cater for a community subset with commonalities and sharing non-public information.

What new groups have been launched?

Check out the latest location and advocacy groups:

  • BambergUse this area to stay up to date on local community events such as the SAP Stammtisch and to meet local community colleagues.
  • MünchenJoin us to stay informed about local community events and to engage with SAP professionals. Let's share our knowledge and experiences.

May I start my own group?

Some group types are SAP initiated and some you can request on your own (For example: location -
city-based). To request a group or further information, reach out to community@sap.com. The SAP Community team will reply or set up a scoping call with you to determine your requirements and next steps to proceed, based on approval.
