Hi Sato,

Thanks for getting in touch. The following worked with another user, so could you please try this and tell me whether this works or not:

  1. IMPORTANT: Go to sap.com and log out. This will help confirm there are no issues with authentication.
  2. Then log back in.
  3. Then try the download again.
  4. Then, please let me know how you got on, with a screenshot of any error messages.

Thanks and best wishes,

Julie.

Hi Julie,

Thank you for your support.

As you wrote, I logged out and logged in again and then clicked "SAP ABAP AS Part License" from the URL https://developers.sap.com/trials-downloads.html?search=ABAP ,

but I got the same error.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards

Sato

Hi Sato,

Thanks for getting back with the information. I apologise for the inconvenience.

The problem is that we cannot replicate the issue, so it is more of a challenge.

However, another user with your issue was able to solve it with our help.

Therefore, could you please tell me (by email if you prefer):

What was the exact date and time of the second attempt, and what email address did you use to register?

I promise to investigate with this information.

Thanks and best wishes,

Julie.

Hi Sam,

You need to do the following:

  3. If that fails, please email SCNContent [at]sap[dot]com, with:
  • URL of download
  • User ID
  • User IP
  • Date, Time, Time zone, and location (country) of attempted downloads
  • screenshot of the error
