Dispaly the output of smartforms in two pages

My requirement is i need to develope the smart form with two pages and to display those two pages in output.Can you please provide solution to this.

Step 1: Create a new page (Page 2)

Step 2: Set Next Page of Page 1 to Page 2

Step 3: Set Next Page of Page 2 to Page 2
