Something to do with the Condition Table . This condition table might not have been created in system . Should be a SD condition table

u may check with SE11 . if missing ask your SD team to correct the missing config

Is this from VAxx transactions (sales orders, quotes, inquiries)? If so, consult your SD specialist. This sounds like an erroneous pricing routine.
