Did you look for Customizing options (SD Copy control, VOTXN)

Else look at

  • User-exit of include RV60AFZZ
  • Customer-exit of enhancements SDVFX*
  • BAdi (once SAP provide a suitable not-reserved one) - or Enhancement point ES_SAPMV60A

Exact answer depends on exact requirement (from where and when should the long text be provided)
