Import Email address from Batch input in BKNB1

Hi All,

I'm trying to import customers using a batch input that loads the BKNB1 table.

I would like to import the email address as well, to do so I'm writing the email in the field SMTP_addr

I suppose you use LSMW (RFBIDE00 program for BDC)

1. What is your question
2. Did you also try the BIADDR2 strudture
3. What's your SAP version

Use of central address should be the rule (since the Y2K) so move address data to BIADDR2 structure.

Ah ah, right question is missing.

I use a customized LSMW that run RFBIDE00, to import customer I write the email address to smtp_addr but the value is not imported, how can I do it ?

System is ECC EHP8

It's an old implementation used to integrate two different systems, any better idea is appreciated.
