Modify DB TABLE A516 , A517

Hi Folks,

I want to modify a table records in table A516 & A517 via a custom report.

I made two push button in display 'APPROVE' & 'REJECT'.

When user clicks on 'APPROVE' then Release Status(KFRST) will be changed to 'A'.

When 'REJECT' then it will be changed to 'C'.

I could not modify these tables though KFRST is primary key.

Can you suggest any bapi?
