PDF - Japanese Characters

Hi,

We are generating payment advice using the program RFFOJP_T. In the process we have set the payment advice to be sent over email. When I check the email in SOST, I can see that the document class is OTF and the name in japanese is displayed correctly. However, If I choose do view the document using PDF Preview, the characters are garbled. It's the same case with email as well. The PDF attachment does not display japanese characters. It works fine when the name is in English. Is there any settings that needs to be taken care of which I may have missed?

Try to apply #2 of Note 2039553 - assigning PDFUC as device type for format conversion in SCOT.
