Using Eclipse ADT how to copy a GUI Status

wgerbert
Explorer

When using se80 it is easy to copy a GUI Status from one Report to another, so that it can be used in an SALV.

I want to "frictionless" use Eclipse, but there seems to be no feature similar to the se80 one, so I keep switching back to se80.

Does anybody have a solution?

thanks in advance

Werner

Until that feature is delivered in ADT I don't think you have a choice, the other way would be to skip writing reports alltogether. For result display CDS + annotations + UI5 is a nice feature nowadays.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately this report should be run in the background sometimes and some values should be updated, so the cds - ui5 version does not work for me in this case.
