Hi - in my view, the best knowledge, in my view, is self-taught.

If you can afford it, I recommend buying one of the SAP Press books on the topic at https://www.sap-press.com/configuring-sales-in-sap-s4hana_4907/

If you need an S/4HANA system, you can rent one at relatively inexpensive rate at the SAP Cloud Appliance library - cal.sap.com - the instance comes with scripts, including sales. It will get you familiar and provide hands-on access.
