I checked the link for the conference call information for 8th January 2015, for APJ, it says it's for SAP Cloud for Customer – November 2014 Release Briefing, it should have been 1502 release, right?

This is a more generic question about the release schedule for the C4C tenancies, rather than specifically around the Feb 2015 release. Please excuse my ignorance.
Is the advised schedule immutable and fixed for all C4C tenants or is there some level of flexibility to delay production upgrade if issue resolution from testing cannot be resolved in the 2 week period? In particular, my question applies to a single tenant instance.
Did you get a process document along with the upgrade notification?
The document has some content outlined to address this potential scenario. Please advise if something is not clear and I will be happy to point you to the right expert at SAP to take this matter up with you and provide resolution.
SAP's customer success team works with our customers to ensure minimum distress in the process of moving from one release to the next with flexibility to avoid any show stoppers for the customer. You will be well taken care of during the upgrade process by the customer success team.
If you want a specific contact name, then please send me a message with your email address and I will be happy to put you in touch with the right responsible to help you out with more information.
Our company has just bought C4C and the implementation is now underway. I have got a couple of questions:
1/ In the future who in our organisation will receive SAP communications regarding planned quarterly releases? Can we control who will receive these emails from within C4C?
2/ Our intent is to go live early February and the February release timing is really not ideal. Especially since we expect the new FIORI UI to be rolled out. Who can we talk to regarding our options for this upgrade? We want to know if we could postpone the upgrade or just skip it until the 1505 release.

The person that gets the upgrade notification is based on the "Contact Data" maintained in the Service Control Center. See screenshot below:
There is a self-service is provided to youin the Service Control Center of your SAP Business ByDesign System to update contact data
You can change the contact person IT details in Service Control Center as follows:
Go to Work Center Service Control Center.
Choose entry Contact Details.
Remove, create, change or update the contact assignments of the current Contact Person IT details and replace it with new data.
This will change the contact person IT details in all the required documents.
Thanks for your reply. I have now maintained the Contact person as mentioned.
Could you help me with the 2nd question?

It is not possible to postpone the upgrade. Many customers tenants are running on the same system instance and a delay would impact all customers on the system. The upgrade schedules are announced well in advance so that the projects can be planned accordingly.

I have question on sales order, we want to replicate our sales orders from ECC to C4C.
in recent order it is giving only order # status and order value.
but we would like to see full order details along with line item.
i cam to know from 1502 we have sales order tab. but at the same time help document describes this works to create order in c4c and send back updates to ERP.
But we want to replicate our order data into C4C from ERP. how do replicate orders ?
yes this is supported. There is an initial load report to initially send sales orders from ERP to C4C. In addition all changes to orders in ERP trigger a resend to C4C. In C4C you see the order details including the line items.
When you modify the status of an opportunity, the solution now prompts you to specify a corresponding reason code, regardless of the new status. (Previously, this prompted only occurred when the actions Set as Won or Set as Lost were chosen.)
I tested in out Test Environment and I do not see a difference in the functionality. It is only asking for the reason when it is Stopped, Lost or Won as before. I want to make sure this is correct.
Previously it was possible to configure your system for the reason code prompt to appear only on Set as Won or Set as Lost, now you can set it up for the reason code prompt to appear for any status. You can do so in the Fine Tuning activity for Opportunity.
There was an enhancement provided in the document and I was having issues viewing the Timeline Tabonce I added it to the Opportunity (screen kept spinning, had to log out of C4C to continue) . Now I do not see this Tab as an option at all. Was this removed?
Provided that you personalize opportunities to make them visible, you can add the Timeline tab, or the
section within the Overview tab, or both. These screens provide a graphical overview of activities
How many contact names did you maintain when you undertook this step?
I am looking at the back end reports that get generated based on the information you have maintained. I found one SAP Store Buyer profile among the information maintained.
Did you put in more names?
Please send me a direct message with the names and email addresses of people you had maintained in the service control center.
