C4C - COD_SALESORDER_SIMULATE return the error: Material & is not listed and therefore not allowed

Dear All,

I need your support to understand why COD_SALESORDER_SIMULATE returns the error 'Material & is not listed and therefore not allowed' for a service-type material, which is not involved in the inclusion and exclusion checks.

The error occurs when I insert various spare parts into a C4C ticket and then add the material MDO. When requesting the external price in the header, the error mentioned above is returned.

Debugging in S/4HANA reveals that the standard performs a sequential check on the inserted materials, and since all materials should result in a single sales order (same type), it's as if it also considers the material MDO (service) as any other material, thus conducting inclusion/exclusion checks.
