How to create a goal per volume in Sales Target Planning

Is it possible to create a goal per volume in Sales Target Planning?

Example: Each Sales unit (seller) has a sales target of 500 kg of product, regardless of which product.

The documentation states that it is possible to create a goal by volume, but I don't know how to create this configuration. "The plan owner can set targets based on value in the desired currency, or on volume of the goods or services sold if the product is part of the dimensions."

How can I create goals based on quantity/sales volume, instead of monetary value?

Hello,

The only solution I found to achieve a goal using the volume unit was by adding products to the goal planning.

SAP NOTE: 2853115 - Sales Target Planning error in Excel: "Cannot accept cell input as planning data"

Resolution: Please edit the plan structure, select Product as a dimension & then select some Products on which the planning needs to be done. Once this is done, the values for Quantity in the excel can be entered.
