Is it possible to use a technical user in Workflow conditions?

Hi, everyone

Is it possible to use in workflow conditions SAP technical user?

My Workflow wasn`t started and see this activity.

Example:

I have a Contract that was changed via SDK and has "Changed by" field = technical user (SAP_SYSTEM)

And I've created the workflow to update field if contract was "changed by" matches pattern "SAP" name.

But this WF isn't started. So Do we can`t use technical user in conditions?

And I created a workflow to update the field if the contract was "changed by" a user with a name containing "SAP".     Additionally, I`ve tried to use condition "Changed by ID" - but in this case system ask to choose user from the list of business users and I can`t choose technical user here. So I use condition "Changed by"

But this WF does not start. Isn't it possible to use a technical user in workflow conditions?
