C4C <> S4 | Sales Data Partner Function

Hello together!

if we replicate Customer with Sales Data we get the error:

"Mandatory partner function AG is missing for sales area &2"

The same question was asked five years ago https://answers.sap.com/questions/582501/partner-function-from-c4c-to-s4.html is this CPI Solution still valid, is there no other documentation or solution for this?

Hi Julian,

We struggled with the same earlier this year. Setting the parameter to true did not resolve it. Mapping the Client ID external ID that C4C provides to the required partnerFunction fields, and we put AG role etc.

From C4C to SAP we had to force it to understand that the customer is that partner function.
