Configure field "Source" in the Ticket

Hi Experts,

Someone already configured or know where it is possible to configure the domains in the field "Source" existing in the Ticket ?

Hi all

Since this was raised, is there any functionality to customise the options available in the Source field? For example, Fax is no longer relevant to us, but would like an option to log Skype messages.

no, the "Source" field is still not-customizable. In case needed then you need to create a custom filed and make sue of that and disable standatr field usage.

Hi Anderson,

Sorry, there is option to maintain the custom entries in source field. We get values based on how the ticket is created like if manual then manually created value we see. If the ticket gets created through email then email, through facebook/ twitter then the we can see facebook or twitter.
