Does SAP C4C support UPIL Product?

Hi,

We have created a product in S/4HANA system from external application using SAP UPIL ODATA API 's and tried replicating the same to SAP C4C using BD10 Tcode.

We can see the product in SAP C4C

But product attributes are not replicated.

Hence it would be really helpful if you let us know if UPIL(Utilities Product Integration Layer) products are supported in SAP C4C and if this is the right approach?

Hi Shruti,

you will not see the attributes, but this is not because of UPIL, but the fact that we do not store product attributes in C4C generally.

Could you let us know the use case you are trying to achieve?

Thanks for clearing that out.

So we are trying to achieve:

1. Creation of Utilities product in S/4HANA from UPIL(Utilities Product Integration Layer) ODATA API's .These products are created as Material in S/4 HANA which has attributes like Discount, One time Charges

2. Replication of Product to C4C

3. Creation of Utilities Sales Contract using the UPIL product in C4C.

SAP S/4 HANA Customer Engagement supports the creation of Utilities Sales Contract using UPIL products

Is this scenario possible in C4C as well?Can we create Utilities Sales Contract in C4C using UPIL product?
