Emarsys: Own SMS Provider and Data Monitoring Tool

Hi Experts,

Need your help on below questions:-

1. Do SAP Emarsys has any plans for Data Montoring/ALM tool like in SAP Marketing Cloud, there's Monitoring tool?
2. Is there any plan to enable Emarsys to use 3rd party SMS Provider like in SAP Marketing tool; as of now it's not possible in Emarsys.

Hi kunal_bansal, regarding data monitoring, I could not get any definitive answer but if you look at our product roadmap you can see that there are plans to improve Sales and other Data onboarding, which will bring it better manitoring and troubleshooting tools. I'm afraid that is as much as I can tell you at this time.
