Regarding Authorization to complaint Transaction based on BAdI

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement that, the complaint transaction for a complaint should only be editable by a Business partner attached to that complaint. Others will have only display access.

How shall i achieve this? Shall this be achieved through some config or some BAdI Implementation.

hi Arul,

based on my experience it depends on the authorization given to the user.

perhaps in you can achieve the scenario that you mention before by using the authorization.

by using it, you don't have to made any customization.

perhaps you could check it with your basis team

Thanks for your immediate reply.

I agree to your point. But my requirement is to assign authorizations to a BP in the transaction. The BP may not be the same for all transactions. So I should have a dynamic authorization assignment to a user who is assigned to a BP.
