I observed a strange situation in our production environment.
We have some actions scheduled ( to create items in a complaint which is relevant for replication to ERP system) which automatically gets executed when start condition satisfies. Sometimes, These actions gets executed by RFC user ( which has been set up for middleware distribution to update in CRM when there is change happening in ERP for a transaction). I assume that the start condition of these actions gets satisfied when the RFC user is in control over the CRM transaction and RFC user will execute the action.
The strange part is, whenever these actions are executed by RFC user, the replication is not happening to ERP system. I am unable to find out the root cause.
I would be I hear some suggestions, How to proceed from here.
