Why I have no option on sales screen

when I try to click in place where buttons supposed to be i get error

The quick selection buttons you are missing are fetched from the CCO manager.

If you follow our product help it will work as you expect:

Is the CCO manager already integrated with Customer Checkout or are you at the very beginning of an implementation?

Hi I am not talking about quick selection. I know that this is connected with CCO manager 🙂

I disabled it in configuration. i dont use central adminsitration.

I am talking about this part

As far as this is clean installation i exported configuration reinstalled CCO and import it. After that everything sims to work fine.

But I wanted to know if this is something I did to have this unavailable.

error says that this is not available in current state. what kind of state 🙂

I agree this error message "Function is not available in the current state" does not allow to understand what exactly is wrong. I haven't seen the message before, so I don't know what might have caused it. Do you have the log file at the time of the error? The log file often provides cues that are not visible on the UI.
