Unable to enter VSID in Domain Controller system

After all the OSS notes recommended by SAP for 2021 FSP 00 Basis version 756 implemented.

We were unable to enter VSID while creating repository in gCTS app.

As per SAP help VSID gets created in domain controller system once we enable gcTS.

Kindly help what is missing.thanks.

Hi,

The vSID is not created when you enable gCTS but when you create a repository if you work on the Domain Controller. The screenshot looks like this what you try to do: create a new repository. Do you create this repository on the domain controller? And what exactly is the issue? Are you not able to enter something in the vSID field?

thanks for the reply.

We have enabled gCTS and health check has passed.

Now we are creating repository in Domain controller system. As per sap help documentation we should provide vSID name while creating repository in domain controller.

But gCTS app is not allowing us to edit/type in the vSID field . other fields are editable.Kindly let us what is wrong here.
