2621258 - SAP S/4HANA 1709 Feature Package Stack 02

Hi guys,

This is possibly a stupid question but here goes. There are a bunch of notes listed in the aforementioned Notes to be applied on top of Feature Package Stack 02.
My question is really should these be implemented on my existing S/4 HANA 1709 only if I intend to upgrade, or regardless if this is my current stable release in use?
