Do we have any option to use Strategy 56 (Dependent Requirements)

As of 2308 release, Strategy 56 is not available/workaround in Public Edition. Otherwise you may please raise the same within Customer influence with a business case. https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1171
