#COE Post in QI without creating Inspection Lot

Hi,

We are mapping a plant to plant stock transfer by using movement type 303 and 305 in SAP.

We expected to receive stock in QI status in receiving plant.

Is there any way to avoid Inspection lot creating and just use "Transfer Stock - In-Plant" app to release the stock from QI to unrestricted?

Hello myekehkar.

How are you? In the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Essentials Edition, you can check the field "QM not active - QM insp. not active" for the Movement Types 303 and 305 through the SSCUI 103356 (Set QM Check for Each Movement Type) in the Area of Logistics -> Goods Movement: Logistics Inventory. You can access the SSCUI through the "Manage Your Solution" App and the through the click on "Configure Your Solution".

Thanks for your response. If we select "QM not active - QM insp. not active", how SAP will transfer stock to QI in 305 movement type posting step? We need to receive the stock in QI when we are posting 305 in receiving plant.
