We have to deactivate de check "Value updating" in the material types configuration in SAP S/4HANA Cloud for material type "XXXX".
Reviewing all the information about this topic, it seems that in order to deactivate the value updating check, to avoid inconsistencies we must ensure the following:
1- Book out the stocks for all materials with material type "XXXX".
2- No open purchasing documents for all materials with material type "XXXX".
Is there anything additional to take into account to avoid inconsistencies when deactivating the check?
The material ledger is activated for all existing materials with material type "XXXX". Does this have any impact?
