Dear Customer,

Here is Imre speaking from SAP Purchasing team.

This functionality is not available in SAP standard. BAPIs such as BAPI_PO_CREATE1 or BAPI_PR_CREATE can only be used to create follow-on documents (such as Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions) from RFQs, but, due to the singular nature of the RFQ process, it is not designed for mass updates/creation.

Due to the structure of the coding in RFQs, there is no mass create/change option via BAPI, MASS or API for RFQs available in the S/4HANA or Fiori. Note 1104434 details that account assignment (amongst other elements) is not determined in the RFQ structure, as it is purely a request in it's logic.

On the other hand, I do not recommend the use of the function BS01_MM_QUOTATION_CREATE which can create RFx documents - only in combination with the DIMP industry solution. See problem threads about it:
