how to generate task for z8 type qm notification using bapi

I am using BAPI_QUALNOT_CREATE and passing parameters to notiftask. but it is giving error. how to resolve the problem?

Dear Albert,

Thank you for your help. It is showing two errors: 'partner maintenance cancelled' and 'Production version is only uniquely identified with material and plant'

i am only filing notiftask and notifparntner along with sender, notifheader and notif type. I have specified refbojectkey , refobjecttype, refreltype. But then also its showing me error. Please tell me whether any other parameters i have to specify or not.
