S*bmit error

When I try to submit using different user ID( a batch id created for the same) I am getting subrc 8 and saying error as job unable to close.

If this is authorization problem how could we fix it? since we cant update to all users about this batch ID.

Your user must be authorized to run jobs/steps under different user ID. Check the authorization log or trace (see abit yıldız answer + Frederic comment), and ask your administrator to give you authorization.

But there are 100's of time admins running this job and we cant give authroization of creating job ( SM37) so what should be the option?
