Sale order net value doesn't update

Dear Expert,

I have a case in sale order creation, net value is not up to date. here is screenshot:

i have only one line item with discount 100%, net amount of line item

Net value at header level show amount.

There is no incompletion log record. but net value become zero after saving the document.

Please kindly advise.
