SAP HCM eRecruitment Application Attachments

Hi,

My Client has ran into an issue when using the resume attachments when applying for a job, what is happening is when a candidate has attached a CV or Cover letter to their application then they automatically being attached to already open application or closed applications the candidate has submitted in the past. This is causing issues if the candidate is applying for more than one job as they tailor their CV for the specific application but when they upload another CV the previous one is replaced.

I have checked the attachment config in SPRO and tried setting the attachment types up against ND (Application) but when doing this they no longer show up in 'Identify Attachment Type as Resume', meaning they don't show up as an option in the application form.

Has anyone else run into this issue before and managed to resolve it?

Hello Stephen,
This is by design in the standard system.
We use CL_HRRCF_ATTACHMENT_PL=>GET_LATEST_RESUME_SIMPLE and CL_HRRCF_ATTACHMENT_PL=>GET_LATEST_RESUME_ATTACHMENT to show always the latest resume assigned to the Candidate.
