Seeking Assistance with SAP HANA Cockpit 2.0 Database Registration Challenge

I have successfully installed SAP HANA Cockpit 2.0 on my local system, which has an IP address, for example, 192.1.1.1. Now, I am attempting to establish a connection to my production (prd) system, which has an application server IP address, e.g., 192.1.1.2, and a SAProuter string like /h/123.123.123.123. Additionally, the instance number is 12, and the system ID is ABC.

I am currently facing difficulties while trying to register my database. cockpit register form has fields host, identifier, and container in the input fields. Could someone kindly provide guidance on how and where to input my host IP and SAProuter string to successfully register my database system?

I have attempted using /H/123.123.123.123/H/192.1.1.2, but I have been unable to establish a successful connection. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
